Russtofficial Return Policy
Russtofficial offers a 14-day window for exchanges or returns. This window begins the day your order arrives.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- You have two options to return or exchange your order:
- Self-Return: You can mail the product(s) back to our return address at your own expense.
- Exchange Delivery: Contact our moderators to arrange an exchange delivery. A separate fee of 250 PKR applies for this service.
Please Note:
- Russtofficial is not responsible for any customs charges (import duty or tax) or return shipping costs.
- You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or obtaining proof of postage. Russtofficial cannot process refunds or exchanges for lost returns.
- Orders returned to our warehouse after the 14-day window will be shipped back to the customer.

Additional Information
- We recommend including a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return to expedite processing.
- Russtofficial reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
